The Boston Tea Party that took place in February 1, 1773 16 (originally called "the destruction of Boston tea" by john adams) was a political demonstration led by "SonsofLiberty" in Boston. Demonstrators disguised as Indians sneaked into merchant ships and dumped a whole shipment of tea from the East India Company in Boston Bay to protest the tea tax law promulgated by the British Parliament in 1773.

The North American people (colonists from Britain) specially demonstrated against the tea tax law, because they firmly believed that this law violated their right to "pay taxes without representation" as British subjects. The so-called "no taxation without representation" means that the North American people (North American colonists from Britain) firmly believe that it is illegal to deprive them of their rights as British citizens without direct representation in the British Parliament. Therefore, laws that require taxation of colonial people (that is, laws that may directly affect people's lives) and other laws against colonies are unconstitutional.

3. After this incident, the British Parliament, as a response to this incident, promulgated five compulsory laws from 65438 to 0774, also known as intolerable laws.

4. In order to fight against the intolerable bills, the colonists of thirteen American colonies held the first continental congress and petitioned the British royal family, hoping that they could revoke these bills and mediate the colonial resistance to the bills and the British government. However, in 1775, the conflict between the colony and the British government broke out and eventually became what we call the American Revolution.
