Without the approval of the competent lock department, no wharf, ferry, trestle, pumping and drainage station, culvert and other facilities shall be built in the lock management area, and no river-crossing cables and pipelines shall be erected. Chapter III Application of Ship Lock Article 13 Ship locks shall improve efficiency and shorten the time for ships to pass through the lock. Places where ships pass during the day and night shall be open during the day and night; The ship lock with large throughput should not be disconnected; It is really difficult to sail at any time through a small lock; It can be opened at a reasonable time, but the waiting time for the ship to pass through the gate should generally not exceed two hours. (three) take the initiative to go through the gate formalities and pay the gate fees according to the regulations;
(4) Stop at the designated place after entering the gate, do not exceed the safe stop line, and pay attention to the fluctuation of water level in the gate room and the mooring of the cable at any time;
(five) entering the lock room, it is forbidden to make a fire, set off firecrackers, dig holes or do other operations that may cause sparks on the deck;
(six) it is forbidden to dump garbage and feces in the lock room, discharge dirty oil and sewage, and discard sand and gravel soil;
(seven) no passengers or cargo loading and unloading in the lock room, no rope tied to the ladder;
(eight) it is forbidden to scribble on the door wall or hook up the house number;
(nine) ships carrying dangerous goods must have safety protection measures and set up obvious signs according to regulations.
