Indeed, school development involves all aspects, such as the construction of campus and class culture in our school, the dining problem in the school canteen, the cultivation education of students and so on. But I think the most urgent need at present is the cultivation education of students in our school. I remember that every time I took over a new class, I always felt a headache. Without institutional constraints, it is impossible to develop any good behavior habits. According to the present situation of our school, we should find out the weak links, determine the educational priorities in a targeted manner, and formulate detailed rules for developing good habits suitable for our school, so as to achieve unified requirements and layout.
