In the first half of 20XX, under the direct leadership of the Bureau of Justice and under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, I thoroughly implemented the Scientific Outlook on Development, fully implemented the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee, earnestly performed the duty of notarization, and gave full play to the notarization function, making due contributions to the economic development and building a harmonious society in Xunke. According to statistics, in the first half of the year, * * * handled 46 notarization cases, including foreign-related civil cases 1 1, and 35 domestic civil cases.

First, closely focus on the central work of the county party Committee and the county government to provide high-quality and efficient notarization services for local economic development. Notaries should further establish the concept of serving the overall situation of economic and social development, pay close attention to the changes of macro-control policies and the introduction of various measures, further enhance their awareness of scientific development, and take Scientific Outlook on Development as the leader to meet the new needs of economic and social notarization legal services. First, actively intervene in major economic reforms and economic activities, and provide all-round and all-round notarization services for key projects, major projects and industrial transfer. For example, in order to protect people's livelihood, the county government built low-rent housing for low-income households. In order to run this popular project well, our bureau took the initiative to intervene to ensure that the allocation of low-rent housing was carried out under the principles of openness, justice and fairness. The second is to provide legal services closely around building a new socialist countryside. Notaries further enhance their awareness of serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers, further standardize the service procedures and ensure the service effect. According to local conditions, our bureau will continue to set up notary contact points in prosperous villages in border towns, set up consultation desks at the contact points regularly, answer legal advice, investigate and study new contradictions and problems arising in rural reform, improve the agricultural notary service network, and focus on handling related notarization matters such as the transfer of rural land contractual management rights, the transfer of rural surplus labor force and forest right reform, so as to effectively serve rural reform and development. The third is to serve for safeguarding and improving people's livelihood. Our bureau regards safeguarding and improving people's livelihood as the starting point and end result of notarization work, anxious for people's urgent needs and solving people's difficulties, earnestly doing a good job in labor relations distribution, migrant workers' rights protection, citizen property transfer, house demolition and resettlement, low-rent housing and affordable housing, increasing the protection of low-income families, laid-off workers and disabled people, actively participating in public concerns and social hot issues such as the protection of migrant workers' rights and interests, and eliminating and reducing disharmony factors to the maximum extent.

Two, continue to carry out in-depth "notarization into ten thousand" activities. On the basis of continuing to establish notary contact points in Jianguo Community and Prosperous Village, our institute has also established new contact points in Yucai Community in the town and signed an agreement with them. Notaries of our institute regularly go to contact points to answer legal advice and mediate civil economic disputes, give full play to their own advantages in preventing disputes and resolving contradictions and their distinctive characteristics close to public life, publicize the notarization legal system by setting up information desks, issuing contact cards, catching up with law collections and other forms, continuously expand the coverage of notarization services and expand business fields. On March 1 on the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the implementation of the Notarization Law, I cooperated closely with the Publicity Unit of the County Office for Administering the County by Law and the County Judicial Bureau, distributed more than 350 leaflets with the theme of "Notarization into every household, benefiting others and benefiting themselves" and "Promoting fairness and justice and building a harmonious home together", and set up an information desk in the bustling section of Chicken Town to answer legal advice for 87 times. The county TV station rolled out the publicity campaign and further expanded it.

Third, strengthen the self-construction of the notary office. Since the beginning of the year, our institute has regularly organized notaries to study the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee, carried out education on the concept of socialist rule of law and socialist concept of honor and disgrace among notaries, and adopted various forms to improve the political quality and professional quality of notaries in accordance with the requirements of "firm politics, proficient business, excellent work style and fair law enforcement". Our firm has earnestly implemented the Measures for the Administration of Practice of Notaries and the Measures for the Administration of Practice of Notaries, further established and improved the internal management systems of personnel, assets, business and quality of notaries, improved the accountability system for professional faults, bound all the systems into a book, and earnestly implemented the internal operation mechanism of managing people by system and managing affairs by system.

In order to ensure the quality of notarization, our bureau has established and improved the system of self-inspection and mutual inspection of notarization quality. Notarial matters handled by notaries shall be examined and approved by the director, notarial matters applied by the director shall be examined and approved by notaries, and difficult notarial matters shall be discussed and approved by the office. The county judicial bureau is led by the director in charge, and conducts a comprehensive inspection on the quality of notarization every quarter, and implements the accountability system for the problems detected. The undertaker shall bear the main responsibility, and the examination and approval personnel shall bear joint responsibility and make corrections within a time limit. Strict quality self-inspection and mutual inspection system has played a positive role in ensuring the quality of notarization. After inspection, I have no mistakes and no false certificates.
