Didn't you say that the meter should be connected to four wires? There should be four wires in that white catheter, but why only two?
I think the white pipe should be the incoming line, and the two incoming lines are fine. The live wire enters the electricity meter 1 port, and the No.2 port is the live wire outlet, and then enters the upper end of the switch. The zero line of the household enters the No.3 port of the electric meter. The load end at the back should only add the No.4 port of the electric meter from the lower end of the switch, so there is no problem with the wiring in the figure.
