Chapter I General Principles

name

The full name of the Association is "chongqing technology and business university College Students' Self-management and Service Committee" or "Big Self-Committee" for short.

Second nature

It is a student who manages and serves college students under the guidance of the Student Affairs Office of the Party Committee of the school.

Autonomous organization.

All the activities of this association are carried out within the scope permitted by the national constitution, laws, regulations, school rules and regulations.

Article 3 Organizational purpose

Self-education, self-management, self-service, self-discipline, self-monitoring and self-improvement.

Article 4 Organizational culture

Work concept: stress politics and obey; Emphasize dedication and service; Emphasize innovation and development.

Chapter II Organizational Members

Article 5 Undergraduates and junior college students with chongqing technology and business university status can become members of the Association if they acknowledge and abide by the Articles of Association and are elected by the Association.

Article 6 Basic rights of members:

(a) have the right to vote and stand for election, have the right to recommend candidates or undertake the organization and management of the association;

(two) have the right to supervise, discuss, consult and make suggestions on the work of this association.

(three) the right to participate in various activities organized by the association;

(four) have the right to ask the association to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members, and have the right to participate in the training, competition, assessment and evaluation of the internal staff of the association according to conditions;

Article 7 Basic obligations of association members

(a) support the party's line, principles and policies, and consciously keep consistent with the CPC Central Committee politically. Adhere to the four cardinal principles, consciously strengthen ideological and moral cultivation, care about state affairs, and abide by state laws;

(two) study hard, creatively complete the learning tasks stipulated by the school, and did not fail;

(three) strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the school, respect the teaching staff, unite the students, and safeguard the reputation of the school, and have not been punished;

(four) support and cooperate with the association to carry out various activities;

(5) Abide by the articles of association of this Association, implement the resolutions of this Association, and conscientiously complete the tasks assigned by this Association;

Article 8 Withdrawal and Dismissal of Members

(a) students leave school after graduation, and automatically quit the big self-committee.

(2) According to the principle of voluntariness, I submitted a written application and agreed to withdraw from the Committee and cancel the membership of the organization.

(3) Members who have a serious impact on the reputation of the self-appointed committee, members who violate the work system and laws and regulations, and other organizations that damage the reputation of the school and violate laws and regulations shall be removed from the list immediately.

(four) members who do not obey the organizational arrangements and are not active in their work may be expelled after being studied by the general meeting of members.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 9 A General Secretary and a Presidium shall be established under the Great Self-Committee to co-ordinate the work of the Great Self-Committee. The presidium consists of six centers: office, apartment community center, work-study program center, academic promotion center, peer psychological support group and cultural propaganda center.

Section 1 Secretary-General

Article 15 The school shall have two secretaries-general, who shall be the teachers of the school party committee and the student affairs office respectively.

Article 16 The Secretary-General shall be responsible for guiding, supervising and coordinating the work of the Chairman's Group of the Central Committee of communist party, China, and accepting the work report of the Chairman's Group.

Section 2 Presidium

Article 17 The Presidium is a permanent institution of The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CCCPC), which is produced through open recruitment and competition. It accepts the leadership of the Student Affairs Office of the Party Committee and the guidance of the Secretary-General, is responsible for and reports on its work, and presides over the daily work of the Party Central Committee.

(1) chongqing technology and business university undergraduates and junior college students who have worked as students for one year or more may participate in the open recruitment competition of the presidium of the National People's Congress;

(2) The chairman and vice-chairman of the Central Committee shall not serve for more than two consecutive terms;

Article 18 The chairman of the Great Self-Committee is fully responsible for the work of the Great Self-Committee, taking the lead in formulating and amending various rules and regulations, organizing the selection, training, management, assessment and evaluation of the internal staff of the Great Self-Committee, as well as the internal financial management and external liaison of the Great Self-Committee.

Article 19 The vice-chairmen of the National People's Congress shall assist the chairman in his work and guide the relevant work of the center in charge.

Article 20 The chairman and vice-chairman of the National People's Congress shall exercise their functions and powers until the chairman and vice-chairman elected by the next public election take office.

Section 3 Office

Article 22 The office is responsible for coordinating the centers of the Central Committee, and for human resource management, financial management, data management, material management and other affairs of the Central Committee.

Section 4 Apartment Community Center

Article 23 The apartment community center is responsible for assisting the apartment management section of the Student Affairs Office to manage the student apartments, the building management committee, the party member service station and the building management staff of college students, and connecting with the school property management company, the logistics office and other institutions to ensure that students have a good living and learning environment in the apartment.

Twenty-fourth apartment community center consists of administrative department, publicity and planning department and supervision and inspection department.

Section 5 Work-study Program Center

Article 25 The Work-study Center is responsible for assisting the Student Financial Assistance Office of the Student Affairs Office to manage and provide services to students with financial difficulties and work-study programs, and provide a large number of high-quality work-study jobs for the whole school.

Article 26 Work-study center consists of four departments: Human Resources Department, School Affairs Department, Propaganda Department and Market Development Department.

Section 6 Academic Promotion Center

Article 27 The Academic Promotion Center is responsible for assisting the Student Education Section of the Student Affairs Office to recommend the construction of the whole school's style of study, and creating a good school spirit, style of study and class spirit.

Twenty-eighth academic promotion center consists of four departments: investigation department, supervision department, academic propaganda department and learning and training department.

Section 7 Peer Psychological Support Group

Twenty-ninth peer psychological support group is responsible for assisting the Office of College Students' Mental Health and Counseling Center in the Student Affairs Office to carry out mental health education and psychological crisis intervention for college students through psychological investigation, online psychological counseling and psychological counseling, so as to improve their mental health level.

Thirtieth peer psychological support group consists of three departments: information liaison department, psychological research and consultation department and psychological propaganda department.

Section 8 Cultural Publicity Center

Article 31 The Cultural Publicity Center is responsible for cooperating with the Student Affairs Office of the Party Committee and the Student Affairs Office to organize the work related to the "Six Ones for College Students" project, and is also responsible for implementing the self-appointed project management and the management of the four teams of "Propaganda Team, Etiquette Team, Presiding Team and Art Team".

Article 32 The Cultural Publicity Center consists of three departments: the Organization Liaison Department, the Ministry of Culture and the National Flag Class.

Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions

Article 33 These Articles of Association are applicable to all members of chongqing technology and business university College Students' Self-management and Service Committee.

Article 34 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of formulation, and the original Articles of Association shall be abolished immediately.

Article 35 The repeal or amendment of the Articles of Association shall be put forward by the Presidium of the College Students' Self-management and Service Committee, and can only be implemented with the consent of more than two thirds of the cadres of the College Students' Self-management and Service Committee.

Article 36 The final interpretation right of the Articles of Association belongs to chongqing technology and business university College Students' Self-management and Service Committee.
