China Pulp and Paper Research Institute, formerly known as the Paper Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry, was founded in 1956 and 1999, transformed into a scientific and technological enterprise and merged into China Light Industry Group Corporation. China Paper Research Institute is a state-level scientific research institution of paper industry, with complete scientific research means and equipment, involving all fields of paper industry; At the same time, China Paper Research Institute is also responsible for the technical management of paper industry standardization, quality supervision and inspection, information service and other industries on behalf of the state. Five periodicals, such as China Paper, which have been edited and published, have a wide influence in the paper industry at home and abroad.
