Article 69 Anyone who commits one of the following acts shall be detained for more than 10 and less than 15, and shall be fined for more than 500 yuan 1000 yuan: (1) Organizing the broadcasting of obscene audio and video; (2) Organizing or performing obscene performances; (three) to participate in the activities of gathering people for fornication. Whoever knowingly provides conditions for others to engage in the activities mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
