As a China native, I was deeply impressed by the perfect performance of Shen Xue and Zhao Hongbo. It was they who won the first gold medal for our country. When I investigated their experiences, I was surprised that they were in their thirties. As we all know, it is more and more difficult for athletes to win as they get older. They experienced countless pains, difficulties and happiness, and finally got what they longed for 18 years.

On the screen, when I saw their gorgeous gestures, I thanked them from the bottom of my heart and desperately hoped that they would win. Especially at the last moment, after I was constantly nervous about them, I suddenly burst out laughing.

I think I have learned a lot from their successful achievements. First, never give up the reality. On the road to success, we face numerous obstacles. If we don't try to overcome them, it always ends in the middle of the road we should definitely take. Second, once the goal is set, we must stick to it. Giving up halfway only shows that a person is weak and incompetent. Third, be confident in the face of difficulties. Courage is a very useful factor if we want to win for a long time.
