On February 19, Fufeng County Bureau held a forum for public security chiefs, focusing on thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the national conference of public security chiefs and the conference of provincial and municipal public security chiefs, highlighting the strong foundation orientation, continuously and deeply promoting the "four single maps" community policing work, and mobilizing all police in the public security system to concentrate on catching up. Leaders in charge of the bureau, members of the public security brigade and the director of the police station attended the forum.

The meeting conveyed the opinions and demands of Zhang Xiang, deputy county magistrate, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Public Security Bureau, informed about the achievements and shortcomings of community policing last year, exchanged the experience of Fengxiang County Bureau in studying and inspecting community policing, discussed nine measures and assessment methods to strengthen community policing, analyzed the situation and tasks faced by community policing, and thoroughly studied and solved the shortcomings of urban and rural community policing in terms of police force, security, mechanism, innovation, implementation and assessment.

The meeting further clarified the general tone of community policing work, and formed a further understanding in establishing work objectives, optimizing policing mode, consolidating the main responsibility, strengthening policing guarantee, exploring smart policing, strict assessment mechanism, highlighting distinctive highlights, and strengthening organizational leadership. It provides positive suggestions for the county party Committee to deploy and promote community policing in the new year.

The meeting requested that all police stations should further enhance their sense of responsibility and urgency in doing a good job in community policing, and focus on highlighting the leadership of party building, doing practical things, enhancing innovation, changing work style, and assessing rewards and punishments.
