Under the correct leadership of the Street Party Working Committee and the Street Office, and with the strong support from all walks of life, the community volunteer service is closely centered on "benefiting residents and satisfying the masses", with the purpose of "taking the community as the foundation and taking the people as the home", vigorously carrying forward the volunteer spirit of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress", and diligently promoting the progress of community party building, community service, community health and community culture. Great progress has been made in various forms of community volunteer service activities close to people's livelihood. Community volunteer activities have made new breakthroughs in service forms and materials, and made important contributions to the economic, political, cultural and social construction of the whole community.

I. Guiding ideology and overall objectives

Guided by theory, important thoughts and Scientific Outlook on Development, adhere to the principle of people-oriented and coordinated development, while strengthening community volunteer service, vigorously advocate the volunteer spirit of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress", fully integrate various social resources, establish effective links between street communities and various social units and groups, and further develop community volunteer service.

Two, establish and improve the mechanism, and comprehensively expand the service field.

Our community has established a community volunteer service station organization headed by the community party secretary, which has standardized the recruitment and management system of community volunteers. Establish a multi-level service system with the general party branch as the main station, volunteer organizations as the leader, service teams and volunteer groups as the branches.

Third, relying on serving others and society, explore new ideas and methods of voluntary service.

In the process of establishing and perfecting the socialist market economic system, community volunteer activities aim to cultivate the concept of national volunteer service, carry forward the spirit of volunteer service, establish a community volunteer service system with China characteristics, and become an integral part of the social security system. Under the guidance of this goal, community volunteer activities in our community follow the principles of dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress. Bring volunteer service to the society, improve the quality of community volunteers, and contribute to the courtesy and harmony of the community and the overall progress of the community. In the process of community volunteer service, we always take strengthening publicity and reporting as an important task. Specifically, with the general party branch of the community as the leader and the community volunteer service station as the leader, the publicity methods of external publicity and internal registration should be adopted to strengthen the publicity of key projects, major activities or typical figures of volunteer activities. Make full use of internal resources in the community, and timely release relevant information about volunteer activities to the community through publicity columns, banners, leaflets, telephone contact, etc.

In the first half of the year, our community volunteer activities * * * carried out activities 15 times, and successively carried out a series of volunteer service activities such as general cleaning, voluntary patrol, free clinic, fire protection knowledge publicity and legal publicity in party member. During the activity, we tried our best to give full play to the characteristics of volunteers and brought family planning, medical care, legal system and other services. Going to the community has brought clean and sanitary services to the elderly, the disabled and poor households, and won wide acclaim from all walks of life.

Chapter II: Developing Voluntary Service Activities

In the past year's volunteer service, I worked hard to practice the spirit of volunteering, earnestly performed my duties, and completed every job assigned to me by the organization, which was unanimously recognized by the leaders and the masses.

I have always been in the spirit of serving the masses at the grassroots level, and I have tried my best to do more practical things for the masses. Youth Volunteer Action is a social welfare undertaking initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. It takes the participation of young students as the theme, takes voluntary service as the means, and brings services and help to others and society through young volunteers, which promotes economic development and social progress and promotes the development of social citizens' ideological and moral construction. This action is an action dedicated to creating a perfect tomorrow, a cause focused on opening up the future, and a great cause to make young people become talents and enhance their sense of social responsibility.

Ideologically, seriously study the principles and policies of the CPC Central Committee and move closer to the Party organization with your heart. Good conduct, loyalty to others, modesty and prudence, openness, unity and friendship, taking the overall situation into account, and correctly handling the relationship with leaders and classmates.

In study, I do my job well, study professional knowledge and study hard. At the same time, I use my spare time to study my favorite photography and painting, participate in social practice, constantly expand my knowledge, and strive to improve my comprehensive potential and adapt to this society.

At work, I try my best to do the work arranged by the leaders and teachers and do what I can. When a classmate is in trouble, I will take the initiative to lend a helping hand and try my best to help him or her.

In social practice, I take part in voluntary activities with my heart and dedicate my youth. Every time there is any activity of giving love, I will give a feeling of myself. Every time I visit those old people in nursing homes, I bring gifts to express my condolences to them. It's not much, but it's all I have. Of course, I was also rated as an "outstanding advanced individual" in social practice activities.

Volunteers refer to people who voluntarily bring services and help to society and individuals based on their conscience, beliefs and responsibilities, and have no material return. Joining a volunteer is a volunteer who participates in service activities in accordance with the necessary procedures under the organization of the Communist Youth League and volunteers. Youth volunteer activities are social service activities initiated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and widely carried out throughout the country, with the participation of youth resources as the basic feature and poverty alleviation and social welfare undertakings as the main information. Youth volunteer activities are oriented to the whole society, mainly focusing on public welfare work, beautifying the environment, voluntary tree planting, emergency rescue and disaster relief, cultural and sports activities, community service, social security, changing customs, literacy through science and education, helping young people teach and educate people, and safeguarding rights, and advocating the spirit of dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress.

Since the beginning of this year, Fuan Sub-branch has actively carried out the theme activity of "Learn from Lei Feng, cultivate a new style, and we are in action" among employees, further inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of Lei Feng, deepening the love action and volunteer service activities, promoting the normalization of civilized volunteer service activities, and effectively promoting the healthy and stable development of various businesses.

First, actively carry out quality and civilized service activities. As a window unit, the outlet launched the theme activity of "Learn from Lei Feng, cultivate a new style, and we are in action", making great efforts to provide customers with quality and civilized services, and further pushing the service work of the whole bank to a new level. It is embodied in dress etiquette, gfd, civilized manners, polite expressions and so on, which further expands the extension, excavates the connotation and improves the service quality.

Two, actively carry out financial services publicity activities anytime and anywhere. The branch closely combined the publicity of financial services with the activities of learning from Lei Feng, and actively organized employees to explain interest rates, wealth management and agency charging services to customers and residents around the branch, so that customers had a better and deeper understanding of banking business, so that customers could better understand their own businesses and set up a good style among the masses.

Third, actively carry out various business activities. Around the center, the outlets cooperated with the business competition activities of "expanding customers and increasing deposits", aiming at vigorously expanding customers and consolidating the foundation of business development, and went deep into key businesses, key markets and key regions to carry out various marketing service activities with Internet financial promotion as the carrier, further strengthening service awareness and improving service level.

The outlets strengthen the long-term mechanism and normalization of learning Lei Feng's activities, and inherit and practice Lei Feng's spirit through learning posts and other forms. Learning from Lei Feng's service goes deep into daily services, communities and vulnerable groups, creating a strong atmosphere of "learning from Lei Feng" activities, in which employees improve their service quality and establish a positive image of ICBC youth in building green finance.

Chapter IV: Developing Voluntary Service Activities

The community volunteer team is established by enthusiastic teenagers, league members and party member, with the general branch of the community league as the core to coordinate the volunteer service team of community organizations. At present, there are more than 100 volunteers, serving the retired elderly, teenagers, families with difficulties and special groups, and carrying out a series of volunteer service activities, which have had a good impact.

I am fortunate to be a member of the volunteer team of community members, and actively organize and participate in various service activities of the team on the basis of completing my own work.

I am a city manager, mainly responsible for the business order of the storefront along the street in the community and the environmental sanitation of the area. In our daily work, we mostly contact the masses and shops along the road to maintain the business order of merchants on both sides of the main road of the community, and discourage shops from operating out of the store, stacking goods, posting advertisements at will and other urban disharmony behaviors. In addition, community health is also the focus of work. I do my duty, patrol irregularly every day, clean up the garbage in time, and create a clean and beautiful community environment for residents.

In the work, we should keep close contact with residents, listen to their opinions and suggestions in time, and improve the quality of community service. The volunteer service teams in the community also provide active and effective services to those in need in the community. This year's service team, under the leadership of the Communist Youth League Secretary, touched enterprises to publicize safety production, gave full play to social forces, and expanded the coverage and influence of volunteers. Visit vulnerable groups such as the disabled, poor families, widowed elderly people, and send them services and care; Combined with the start of the "Sixth Five-Year Plan" in Hangzhou, during the period of popularizing the law, volunteers from community organizations carried out the popularization of the law by playing documentaries, blackboard newspapers and making posters. Not only that, but also extend the service team to the road surface, and cooperate with the coordinator to publicize safe travel and abide by traffic rules during the morning and evening rush hours.

Community volunteers, for the purpose of serving residents, use their spare time to carry out a series of service activities, which not only help others, but also improve their quality awareness and truly understand the basic significance of helping others. As a young party member, we should constantly enhance our sense of social responsibility, enhance our sense of service, improve our personal accomplishment, and give full play to the social responsibility of a party member and a volunteer.

In the next few years, we will follow the volunteer team closely and fulfill the purpose of serving the people with a more positive mental outlook and a more enthusiastic service attitude. We will build a larger volunteer team in the community and use our services to benefit more residents.
