Tengzhou Planning Research Center, formerly known as Tengzhou Planning Bureau, is a public welfare institution directly under the municipal government. There are nine internal institutions, namely: comprehensive office (with the brand of Party Construction Office and Financial Audit Department), personnel and education department, planning department, land use planning department, construction engineering department, municipal engineering department, rural planning department, residential building department and planning management department. It belongs to the Municipal Planning and Design Institute, the Municipal Surveying and Mapping Institute and the Municipal Planning and Construction Service Center.
