1. First, open the control panel and find the device and printer options.

2. Click on the device and printer options to enter the device and printer interface.

3. Click the right mouse button to pop up a menu option, which contains the option to add a printer.

4. Click the Add Printer option. Here we choose to add a local printer. If the printer is not connected to your computer, we choose a network printer.

5. Select to create a new port here, and select the standard TCP/IP port as the port type.

6. Click Next to enter the printer host name or IP address window and enter the IP address of the printer.

7. Click Next to enter the interface for detecting TCP/IP ports.

8. After the system detects that the TCP/IP port is set correctly, it will automatically jump to the interface where the printer driver is installed.

9. Select the brand and model of the printer in the interface where the printer driver is installed.

10. Click Next to jump to the printer name input interface.
