Silk is definitely not washable. Now some silk quilts with washable slogans have problems. This is the characteristic of silk and cannot be washed with water. If the quilt is made by hand, you can take it off and wash it. If it is sewn by machine, it will never be cleaned. Change the quilt cover frequently.
