(1) Expenditure on funds, materials and services sponsored and donated by enterprises, social organizations and groups for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, Paralympic Winter Games and test events shall be fully deducted when calculating the taxable income of enterprises.
(2) The services provided by the enterprise to BOCOG free of charge according to the sponsorship agreement related to Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, Winter Paralympics and test events shall be exempted from VAT. The tax exemption list is determined by BOCOG, Ministry of Finance and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China.

(4) The transfer of property rights issued by the property owner who donated property (articles) to the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee shall be exempted from stamp duty.
(5) Foreign technical officials, such as foreign consultants and referees, who are invited by BOCOG to come to China temporarily and engage in Olympic-related work during the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, Paralympic Winter Games and test events are exempt from value-added tax and personal income tax.
(6) The remuneration of Chinese technical officials, such as referees, obtained by BOCOG and the Organizing Committee during the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, Winter Paralympics and test matches shall be exempted from the payable value-added tax.
(7) The bonus and other incentive income obtained by participating athletes in the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, Paralympic Winter Games and test matches shall be exempted from personal income tax according to the relevant provisions of the current tax laws and regulations.
(8) During the construction, trial operation, test match, Winter Olympics and Paralympics of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics venues (venues), the water resources used for the construction and operation of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics venues (venues) shall be exempted from the payable water resource tax.
(9) The participants of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, Winter Paralympics and Test Games shall be exempted from VAT for providing services to BOCOG and transferring intangible assets free of charge. "
