The architectural design of Wuhan Garden Expo Park is planned to adopt the "4+2" scheme, which consists of two service areas in the east and west and four main buildings. The main buildings include the International Garden Art Center, the Yangtze Civilization Museum, the Hanging Garden and the Creative Life Museum, which respectively display the classical garden art, the achievements of civilization in the Yangtze River valley, the characteristic garden art of three towns in Wuhan and the modern urban culture of Wuhan. The eastern service area reproduces the architectural art of Hankou in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, while the western service area features Hubei folk houses and extends to Zhang Gongdi City Park.
After the 10th China (Wuhan) International Garden Expo, Wuhan Garden Expo Park will be permanently preserved as a city park. The main building will be transformed into a city wedding center, an indoor theme park, a five-star hotel and a garden club. And will continue to play its role.
