As a class teacher, we must seize the opportunity to promote the mainstream atmosphere of the class. Students are required to read a piece of material every morning (part of the material is "We are a unique class ... we are the best, ... who is the best ... who is the best"), so that they can understand that they are the best and this class is the best, and consciously cultivate their class honor and self-confidence from the first day of school. Under the constant guidance, students actively participate in various activities of the school, actively undertake in all work, be brave in making progress, and get the title of civilized class every month.
2. Do a good job in the first lesson of admission and do a good job in the education of students' behavior norms.
When new students enter school, they will have a week-long advanced military training. Most students in secondary vocational schools are spoiled and afraid of hardship. According to the usual experience, in this process, many people will definitely escape military training for various reasons, so in the mobilization work before military training, the author consciously stimulated them. "Last year, none of the girls in our class asked for leave, only a few disappointing boys didn't hold on. Let me see if you are boys who have failed to live up to expectations again this year. " Results During military training, some students fainted and returned to the training ground immediately after losing glucose. One of the girls, ear inflammation, didn't ask for leave, and she didn't drag her feet like in previous years and didn't want to take part in military training. This military training has achieved good results. We cooperate with the instructors to continuously strengthen the students' awareness of "You are the best and this class is the best".
In the process of military training, all the management rules and regulations of the school are understood and strengthened with the students. Moreover, as a class teacher, under the strict training of instructors, she appropriately played the role of "loving mother", often went to the dormitory to care for and encourage students, and did a good job in logistics support, which narrowed the distance with students.
3. Fully understand the students and do a good job in their ideological soft education.
Most students in secondary vocational schools are not confident, and the author's class is quite special. There are more than 20 "older children", all of whom have studied in secondary vocational schools or worked in the society for two or three years before, so the topic of communication with them can't be so naive, and ideological work can't be effective simply by "earnestly saying".
Therefore, to treat students, we should "prescribe the right medicine." First, fully understand the students' situation, and grasp the students' situation as much as possible through military training observation, according to students' individual registration, chatting with students themselves, asking with dormitory or class members, and communicating with parents.
Remember the advantages of students, appropriately encourage them to participate in corresponding school activities or competitions, and protect students' privacy and self-esteem. Try to understand them from their perspective.
4. Cultivate a strong team of class cadres
It is not enough for a class to be managed by the head teacher alone. Cultivating a strong team of class cadres can well liberate the work of class teachers and achieve unexpected results. The author mainly from the following aspects to form a class team:
(1) the formation of class and league cadres.
At the beginning of military training, the author asked students to sign up temporarily and assign some temporary class cadres. After the military training, through their performance during the military training, they first appointed a group of outstanding students as the class management team. In the second stage, I asked the students to elect the management team of the class and implemented the inspection appointment system, which not only respected the students' wishes, but also avoided the problem that the students were not mature enough to vote.
(2) Reform the class cadre system.
The author divides the daily work of the class into several parts, and divides the class cadres into five departments: management department, study department, youth league Committee, logistics and entertainment. Each Ministry has a minister and members, and the minister distributes the work among the members. In order to carry out the work better, the minister can even recall and appoint new members under the guidance of the class teacher.
(3) Regular training for class cadres.
Weekly class cadre training can be organized by the class teacher, the management department and the ministers of various departments. The situation of the week can be summarized in time, and the class will be informed in turn next Monday to carry forward the advantages and improve the shortcomings in time.
(4) Continuously improve the class rules and regulations together with students, so that the management of class cadres has rules to follow.
(5) Strictly require student cadres to set an example, take the lead in setting an example, and give full support and affirmation to class and league cadres in management.
Organize various activities to promote the construction of class cohesion.
(1) Select educational films to educate students invisibly.
(2) Hold various class speech contests on a regular basis.
(3) The Learning Department regularly holds learning lectures, and students or teachers can be invited as the keynote speakers.
(4) Hold some team games or sports competitions, such as class basketball games and socializing with other classes.
(5) Encourage students to participate in school clubs and various activities, such as sports meeting, science and technology, culture and art festival, etc.
