Like many schools with a long history, Raffles College retains many traditions. For example, every freshman will take part in a three-day camping activity after entering school, and cultivate the "Raffles Spirit" through various group activities. After the three-day activities, the school will hold an algebraic ceremony and give each new student a school badge, which symbolizes his formal integration into the school family. Besides, every Raffles student should learn to sing "Song of the Year". Raffles College * * * has three first songs, which are given to 1 grade students from the fourth grade middle school every year. Three singers holding hands, caring voice, we are still young. The student union of the school is also considered to be the most active student union in Singapore. It is the cradle of Singapore's future leaders, and many Raffles College student union presidents will go into politics in the future. At the beginning of the new semester, students from Grade Two to Grade Three in each middle school will participate in OBS for one week. After completing this training, students can put on pants and formally become seniors of the school.

In terms of sports activities, rugby is the most important sport in Raffles College, and all students must learn to play rugby in physical education class. In addition, Raffles College has also achieved excellent results in cricket, tennis and softball.
