It is absolutely necessary to learn "fine management". Fine can experience personal smart and meticulous work style and cultivate personal rigorous and solid work style. Through studying, I realized that I should put myself in a correct position in my work, position myself reasonably and do my own thing well. If an enterprise is compared to a system similar to "people", the general manager or leader to the head, the middle managers to the body, and the grass-roots staff to the limbs, if an enterprise can "locate" reasonably, know its own position, do a good job and give full play to its "expertise", it will certainly be able to do well.
Make a good work plan. According to the work responsibilities and tasks of this year, the annual work plan is relatively formulated. Break down the annual plan into months, months into weeks, and weeks into days. Be aware of your work every day of the week, and be busy without chaos. Don't forget the important things and don't hold others back. Before going to work every day, carefully check the completion of the day's work and draw up the work plan for tomorrow. Go to work ten minutes early the next day, check the work plan of the day, adjust your mood, and get into work as soon as possible. The daily plan must be prioritized, and the problems that must be solved that day should be put in the first place, and those related to the work chain should be put in front, and the person in charge of the next link should not be held back. For each work plan, we should summarize and reflect on it in time after completion. Do it well, praise yourself and see if there is a better way to do it better. If it is not completed well, it is necessary to analyze the reasons and seek improvement methods.
Second, innovative ideas are the inevitable way to promote refined management.

Third, paying attention to details and precise requirements is an inevitable measure and choice to improve efficiency.

Doing every ordinary thing well is extraordinary. In the current fierce market competition, the benefits are largely determined by the details. When we invest a lot of resources, we can only earn a few percent of the profits. Any mistake in details and any imprecise process may completely devour this profit. In fact, in reality, details also affect the quality of our work in various ways. There is no reason for us not to pay attention to the details and accuracy of our work. Local subtle weaknesses will eventually lead to the collapse of the overall situation. In order to embody the characteristics of the enterprise's own pursuit of profit maximization in our management work, we must pay attention to details and strive for perfection. There are too few people who can do great things. Everything has rules to follow. That is to say, every work, every link and every detail must have a system to follow and a standard to check, which is the main content of "fine" and the essential requirement of "fine". When the responsibility is implemented and the details are quantified, the staff will face the problems of standardized processes and implementation standards required for operation after the details are quantified. Everything is supervised. In the process of implementing refined management, the outstanding obstacles lie in the following aspects.
