The "3S Rescue Association" of Nanchang University was established on February 30th, 20 10. It is based on the excellent second-class general course "On-the-spot Life First Aid Knowledge and Skills" of Nanchang University, supported by the professional support of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center-Clinical Medicine Experimental Center, and operated under the guidance of chinese association for physiological sciences Science Popularization Committee. With the care and support of leaders at all levels, such as the Academic Affairs Office, the Youth League Committee and the Student Affairs Office, this first-aid organization adheres to the concept of "learning first aid, saving people and saving themselves", aiming at spreading the basic first-aid knowledge and skills with "3S (safety, speed and communication)" on the university campus and even the whole society, improving people's first-aid awareness and self-help ability, and allowing people to adapt to local conditions in the precious "golden four minutes" after sudden accidental injuries.

So 3S here means "safety, speed and communication", which means "safety, speed and communication".
