About water supply and drainage system
There is a drawing standard for water supply and drainage in China "Drawing Standard for Building Water Supply and Drainage" GB/T 50 106-20 10. Section 4.6 gives a comprehensive description of the water supply and drainage system diagram:

4.6 piping system diagram

4.6. 1 The piping system diagram shall show the connection and configuration of equipment, pipes, accessories and pipe fittings through which the medium flows.

4.6.2 The piping layout system diagram shall be drawn according to the following provisions:

1 The expansion system diagram of the pipeline is not limited by scale and projection method, and can be drawn with medium and thick solid lines according to different pipeline types, and should be numbered according to the system. General high-rise buildings and large public buildings should draw the pipeline deployment system diagram.

2 Pipeline deployment system diagram should correspond to the elements such as water inlet pipe, drainage pipe, riser pipe, horizontal main pipe, water supply equipment, accessories, instruments and meters, water and drainage appliances in the plan;

3-floor ground lines (including mezzanine, thermocline, rising or falling on the same floor, etc.). ) It should be painted. When the floors are the same, the floor ground lines should be drawn equidistantly, and the floor elevation and the corresponding floor ground elevation should be marked at the left end of the floor ground lines.

4 The riser layout should start from the riser at the left end of the building plan and be arranged clockwise from left to right according to the riser position and number.

5 The horizontal pipes shall be parallel to the floor line and connected with the corresponding risers. When it is a circular tube, both ends should be closed, and the axis number should be drawn on the closed line.

6 The outgoing pipes and incoming pipes on the riser should be drawn horizontally according to the floor where they are located, and the elevation should not be marked (the elevation should be marked in the plan), and the direction and quantity should be consistent with the plan. Sewage pipes, waste water pipes and rainwater pipes shall be arranged in the order of the takeover plan.

7 Valves, accessories, water supply equipment, water supply and drainage facilities and water supply structures on the pipeline shall be drawn according to the legend.

8 When the riser deviates (excluding I-shaped pipe and two 45 elbow deviations), it should be represented by a short horizontal pipe on the floor.

9 Risers, horizontal pipes and terminal equipment shall be marked with pipe diameters.

10 For the inlet pipe or outlet pipe of different types of pipes, the axis number of the external wall of the building shall be drawn, and the number of the inlet pipe or outlet pipe shall be indicated.

4.6.3 Pipeline axonometric drawing shall be drawn according to the following provisions:

1 The axonometric system diagram shall be drawn according to the projection law of 45 frontal oblique axonometric survey.

2 The axonometric system diagram shall be drawn in the same proportion as the corresponding plan.

When local pipelines are dense or overlapping, and it is difficult to express clearly, the drawing method of disconnection or thin dotted line connection should be adopted.

3 axis measurement system diagram should draw the floor ground line and mark the floor ground elevation.

4 Axis measuring system diagram should draw the horizontal turning direction, elevation change, inlet pipe or outlet pipe and terminal device of horizontal pipeline.

5 The axonometric drawing shall draw all kinds of valves, accessories, instruments and other water supply and drainage components on the corresponding pipelines in the plan one by one according to the quantity, position and proportion.

6. The axonometric system diagram shall indicate the pipe diameter, the elevation of control points or the vertical dimension from the floor elevation, the riser and the system number, and shall be consistent with the plan.

7 The inlet pipe and outlet pipe shall be marked with the axis number of the external wall of the building, the numbers of the inlet pipe and outlet pipe, the indoor ground wire and outdoor ground wire of the building, and marked with the corresponding elevation.

8. The enlarged drawing of the bathroom should draw an axonometric drawing of the pipeline. Multi-storey buildings should draw pipeline axonometric drawings.

4.6.4 When the bathroom adopts the piping layout system diagram, it shall be drawn according to the following provisions:

1 Water supply pipes and hot water pipes should be based on vertical pipes or household pipes, and drawn in the order of branch pipes and water appliances in the plan.

2 Drain pipes should be drawn in the order of connecting water appliances and drainage branch pipes with horizontal drain pipes.

3 The water supply and drainage ports of sanitary ware and water appliances should be marked with their shapes or words, and the order and quantity should be the same as the plan.

4 The expanded system diagram can be drawn without scale.

In addition, if you have no experience in drawing design drawings, I suggest you find a course called descriptive geometry, which may be helpful to you.
