Shagou town Wenquan Village and other 27 administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of Qu Hui Town. The former Red shagou town is located in the southwest of Anqiu City, 26 kilometers away from the city center. In 2000, Wenquan Township was abolished and merged into Red shagou town.
