Being alone provides an opportunity to know yourself, let you know who you really are, and you will shape a sound and complete yourself in the process. Otherwise, you will give up going with the flow, be restrained by desires, be manipulated by emotions, be fooled by thinking, and gradually move towards unconscious darkness. Then when you don't know where to go at first, life will take you where you don't want to go, and when you don't know what you really need, life will give you something you don't want at will.
Secondly, we should act and live in the present. When we are at the bottom of our psychological cycle, we will try our best to think about how to get out of the bottom. The content of mental thinking is nothing more than two aspects.
