In the process of management, we have designed a set of implementation plans covering all grades and classes, which are embodied in "educational programming, systematic content, standardized management and simple operation". Details are as follows: 1. Standardize students' behavior and style with military training as a breakthrough. Through military training, various rules and regulations are implemented to cultivate students' neat and dignified appearance, strict discipline concept and tenacious will quality. It is required to achieve the following goals: 1. Change students' lazy, scattered and relaxed mental state, create a serious, tense, United and lively atmosphere, establish students' organized and disciplined psychological consciousness, learn from the management mode of the army, and create an educational environment in which students can influence and improve each other. Second, clear the system and make it banned. According to the actual situation and referring to the army management regulations, our school has formulated the paramilitary management regulations of Wuming Vocational Education Center, stipulating that freshmen must pass the examination first. This order clearly stipulates students' responsibilities, codes of conduct and civilized manners, involving students' dress and appearance, words and deeds, style and discipline, civilized manners and so on. And ask students to strictly abide by it, so as to urge students to correct their behavior and form good habits. Third, do a good job in housekeeping and purify the campus environment. Cultivating and strengthening students' habit of doing housework is an important part of military training.
