Introduction to governance and good governance: Since the World Bank first used the word governance crisis in 1989 and named the annual report governance and development in 1992, governance and good governance have become one of the most fashionable terms in international social science and the latest research field in multidisciplinary fields. This paper mainly studies how to improve the governance structure of the country, especially local, regional, companies, institutions and academic institutions, improve efficiency and strengthen democracy through cooperation between the government and the people. After 1990s, governance and good governance are not only important discourses of economics, but also important discourses of political scientists, sociologists and management scientists. What is the difference between governance and governed, good governance and good governance, and how to evaluate the governance of a country? These have become hot topics in the international social science community.
