Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in order to strengthen the spiritual civilization construction of public security organs, prevent the problem that drinking will affect the image of the people's police, and maintain strict police discipline.

Second in the province's public security organs (including border, fire and public security departments) to implement the following prohibitions:

(1) Alcohol (including beer and other alcoholic beverages) is prohibited during working hours.
