I. Guiding ideology

Correctly using the spoken and written languages of the motherland and vigorously popularizing Putonghua are the primary tasks of quality education in schools and the important links to improve the quality of education and teaching and the level of running schools. According to the principles and policies of language and writing work, in order to better serve the improvement of education and teaching quality and meet the needs of the era of knowledge economy, our school, under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, continues to further publicize and study the national common language and writing law, and further improve the consciousness of standardization and popularization of all teachers and students' language and writing. Focusing on the key points of language and writing work, combined with the reality of our school, we should strengthen publicity, do all routine work and carry out various activities in order to create a language and writing model school.

Second, the main work

(1) School work

In the school work, we will continue to carry out the publicity and education activities of the Law on the National Common Language and Characters, take the opportunity of striving for a model school, strengthen the standardization of language and characters, organize all teachers and students to study the Law on the National Common Language and Characters in depth, create a good public opinion atmosphere, form and consolidate the work situation of multi-party cooperation and joint management, and make the language and characters work in our school achieve long-term results.

1. Hold regular meetings of the leading group for school language and writing work, and work out the school language and writing work plan according to the actual situation of the school.

2. Teachers and students must use Putonghua in subject teaching and all collective activities of the school, so that Putonghua can truly become the language of the campus. Conversations between teachers and students and between students must use Mandarin.

3. Signs such as school cards, billboards, blackboard newspapers, etc. We should strictly follow the standard of using Chinese characters and do not use nonstandard Chinese characters.

4. Strengthen the publicity of language and writing work on campus network. Open up a column on campus language and writing work, strengthen content construction and innovation, realize the networking of language and writing work management, guidance and applied research, and make it a platform for providing consulting and information services for teachers and students.

5. Strengthen the training of teachers' Putonghua and oral expression ability, especially implement the intensive training measures for second-level and second-level teachers, patiently do their ideological work, help them improve their Putonghua level, strive to reach the standard within the prescribed time limit, and lay the foundation for striving for a model school of language and writing.

Teachers' activities

3. Use the time of teachers' meeting to organize all teachers to learn the national common language and writing method, and improve the awareness of all teachers to popularize and write standardized words.

When preparing lessons and writing lesson plans, every teacher must use standardized language instead of simplified words. When the school checks the lesson plans at the beginning, middle and end of each semester, there will be a lesson plan to see if the standardized language is used, and everyone will abide by it.

5. Conduct language tests on teachers regularly to detect teachers' use of standardized language.

6. Invite experts in language and writing to the school to train teachers in language and writing, and effectively improve teachers' language and writing level.

7. Strengthen all teachers' awareness of popularization, actively participate in popularization activities, and strive to improve teachers' own Putonghua quality. Teachers combine pen writing with lesson preparation, chalk writing with blackboard writing, and brush writing with writing class.

8. Teachers take classes and lectures as units in grade groups to promote teachers' ability to use language in lectures and classes;

Student activities
