Because most of the original landforms on the site are fish ponds and the soil is soft, a lot of brick slag needs to be replaced. Brick slag was purchased from outside, and 12000 cubic meters of brick slag needed for earthwork transportation of the whole temporary road was completed by all members of the engineering department on duty overnight in turn, which lasted for nearly one month, and then mechanical leveling and compaction were dispatched. Temporary roads 1900 meters are built in the whole project, which provides a reliable guarantee for on-site earthwork transportation. The working position and sequence of subcontracted machinery, as well as the formulation of the entry and exit routes of earth-moving vehicles, will be formulated with the participation of on-site construction personnel, and will be changed and optimized in time when construction conditions change. When the West Lake revetment was started, nearly 200,000 cubic meters of water in areas I and II could not be discharged in time due to heavy rain and groundwater infiltration, which directly affected the revetment excavation. After the implementation of the drainage scheme, our department has carried out a month-long follow-up observation of the water level, which provided accurate data basis for the later progress formulation.

3. Inspect and supervise the construction of subcontractors. Design and construction drawings are the basis for testing the site construction effect. The elevation of each part of the lake bottom and the position of detailed structures such as the lake shore are clearly written on the drawings, but deviations will inevitably occur in actual construction. At present, the quality of earthwork in all aspects has reached the acceptance standard of supervision, which is the result of thousands of times of elevation and coordinate checking in our department, which not only effectively avoids rework, but also ensures the progress and quality of the project.

With a huge construction site, more than 30 mechanical construction operations and more than 80 earthwork car running back and forth, any detail problem may turn into a safety accident.
