1. Several consecutive boards in the horizontal direction are not bright. Check whether the cable connection between the normal cell board and the abnormal cell board is connected; Or whether the chip 245 is normal.
2. Several consecutive boards are not bright longitudinally. Check whether the power supply of the column is normal.
Ⅲ. The line on the cell board is not bright
1. Check whether this pin is connected to the 4953 output pin.
2. Check whether 138 is normal.
3. Check whether 4953 is hot or burnt.
4. Check whether 4953 has a high level.
5. Check whether the control pins of 138 and 4953 are connected.
Ⅳ. The unit board is not bright
1. Check whether 595 is normal.
2. Check whether the corresponding pins of the upper and lower modules are connected.
3. Check whether there is communication between the 595 output pin and the module pin.
ⅴ. Cell plate lacks color.
1. Check whether the 245 R.G data is output.
2. Check whether the normal 595 output pin is connected with the abnormal 595 input pin.

Loading failure may be caused by the following reasons, please compare with your operation according to the listed items:
A. ensure that the hardware of the control system is powered on correctly. (+5V)
B check and confirm that the serial line used to connect the controller is a straight line, not a cross line.
C. Check and confirm that the serial connection cable is intact, and both ends are not loose or falling off.
D. Select the correct product model, correct transmission mode, correct serial number and correct baud rate according to the LED display screen control software and the control card selected by yourself, and correctly set the address bit and baud rate on the hardware of the control system according to the dip switch diagram provided in the software.
E. check whether the jumper cap is loose or falling off; If the jumper cap is not loose, make sure that the jumper cap is in the correct direction. F. 03. Why does the system prompt "Please connect the LED display controller"?
Many customers and friends directly downloaded the "LED display control system" from the "download center" of the company website. After 20 minutes of installation, the message "Please connect the LED display controller" will appear. This is because the system did not detect the hardware that controls the system during the test.
At this time, please connect one end of the LED display control system hardware you purchased to the computer, and the other end to the HUB switchboard. The cable socket of the HUB switchboard is connected to the interface of each unit of the LED display.
After the connection is completed, you can go to "Set Screen Parameters" in "Settings" to set relevant parameters, and then close and reopen the software. At this time, the word "Connection Successful" will appear at the top of the software. At this time, the system has detected the hardware of the display and control system, which can be used normally without time limitation.
04. Why does the hardware of LED display control system appear bright line or "flower screen" for a few seconds when it is just powered on?
After the display screen controller is connected with the computer, HUB switchboard and display screen, it is necessary to provide the controller with +5V power supply to make it work normally (do not directly connect the voltage of 220V at this time). At the moment of power-on, a bright line or "flower screen" will appear on the display screen for several seconds, which is a normal test phenomenon, reminding the user that the display screen is about to start working normally.
Within 2 seconds, this phenomenon is automatically eliminated, and the display screen enters the normal working state.
05. What do you mean by automatic or manual brightness level?
Brightness level refers to the adjustment between the darkest and brightest that can be displayed on the display screen, not the photosensitive adjustment.
The automatic brightness level is automatically adjusted to the predetermined brightness by the wide LED display control system according to the different brightness that should appear in different time periods.
Manual brightness level means that the end user can make the LED display screen reach the specified brightness by operating the control system of the LED display screen.
06. Why is the controller all right, but it is not displayed on the display screen? When the controller is set correctly and the connecting cable is connected correctly, sometimes there is no display on the LED display screen, which is generally caused by one of the following reasons. Please check:
A.A.LED whether the led display screen is normally powered on.
Whether the connection between the B.B.HUB switchboard and the display screen is reversed.
C. edit whether the sent program is empty.
07. The whole screen of the cell plate is not bright or dark.
A. Visually check whether the power connection cable, the 26P flat cable between the unit boards and the indicator light of the power module are normal.
B use a multimeter to measure whether the battery panel voltage is normal, and then measure whether the voltage output of the power module is normal. If not, the power module is judged to be defective.
C. Measure the low voltage of the power module, and make the voltage reach the standard through fine adjustment (fine adjustment near the indicator light of the power module).
08. What caused the black screen of LED display?
During the operation of the control system, we occasionally encounter the phenomenon that the LED display screen turns black. The same phenomenon may be caused by various reasons, and even the process of blackening the display screen may be different according to different operations or different environments. For example, it may turn black at the moment of power-on, during loading, after transmission, and so on. When encountering this phenomenon, please pay attention to the following aspects to judge the "fault":
A please ensure that all hardware including the control system is properly powered on. (+5V, don't connect it backwards or wrongly)
B repeatedly check and confirm whether the serial cable used to connect the controller is loose or falling off. (If it turns black when loading, it is probably caused by this reason, that is, when the communication line is loose, the screen turns black.
