This phenomenon is usually caused by factors such as missing screen lines, dislocation, lack of needles, and reverse insertion. Second, the color of the LCD splicing unit is not good.
A. However, when encountering such a problem, under the premise that the backlight is unchanged, the control software VGA/RGBHV/DVU- automatic phase adjustment-automatic color adjustment-system saving, and then switching signals is the effect of saving. If there are still some deviations after adjustment, you can also choose one of the standard and problem screens through the software to adjust the matching of the three primary colors of VGA/RGBHV/DVU-ADC, and of course, you can also find out the bad problems by switching the signal lines.
B. Incorrect program: When displaying the image on the LCD splicing large screen, there are several band loops or black screens or ghosts. At this time, it is necessary to consider whether the program size of LCD splicing box matches the screen. If there is a mismatch, it is necessary to change the program or screen to ensure the normal use of the entire LCD splicing TV wall.
C. The screen line does not match the screen: This kind of problem can easily lead to the phenomenon that the LCD splicing screen is not bright. When this problem occurs, the corresponding screen line can be replaced to restore the normal display of the LCD splicing unit. Third, the serial port is not controlled.

Only when the dialing number is correct can the remote controller click ID be connected through the remote controller, and the address displayed on the LCD splicing unit is the actual address of the processor.
B-line problem: In case of this problem, it is necessary to change the control computer to test the serial port. If it is a computer interface problem, just change the control computer directly. If it is a serial port problem, just change a serial port.
C. Interruption of serial port ring or poor wiring will cause one or several splicing units in the middle to be out of control, so as to ensure that a good serial port line can be controlled after dialing the correct number to control the uncontrolled boxes respectively, so as to check whether it is a line problem or a splicing box problem.
Fourth, the display screen is not satisfied with the screen
When the LCD screen is not enough, it can be adjusted automatically to achieve the effect of full screen display. Under normal circumstances, the display ratio of LCD splicing unit is 16:9, and the resolution is 1920* 1080p. The control computer only needs to meet the display ratio of 16:9 and adjust the resolution to 1920* 1080p to display on the big screen.
Five, the picture is not docked
A. When the automatic adjustment doesn't work, you can switch the signal line of the distributor to see if the display screen on the LCD splicing unit has changed.
B. Change the resolution: Due to different sizes and specifications, the resolution required for ultra-narrow LCD splicing screens will be different. When the screen is misaligned at a certain resolution, we can consider changing the resolution to test the effect.
In short, the 46-inch LCD splicing screen and its matching splicing processor are confidential equipment, and problems will inevitably occur after long-term use, but most of the problems can be restored to normal use after simple treatment. But this does not mean that the display equipment has quality problems, because most of the problems are caused by the diversity of the use environment.
