For loan application materials (not due to the borrower's reasons), the review time limit shall not exceed 10 working days, and if the loan issuance conditions are met, the loan issuance time limit shall not exceed 3 working days after mortgage registration (guarantee); The deposit will be paid in time, if the procedures are complete, it will not exceed 5 working days; Extract the business optimization process, complete the formalities on the spot, and inform the results within 3 working days from the date of accepting the application for extraction; Counter, information desk and telephone consultation can be answered immediately, and the time limit for answering difficult questions should not exceed 5 working days.
