1. Click on the Start menu of win7 computer, then directly enter windows Firewall in the search box below, and then press Enter. 2. Next, let's click Inbound Rule-New Inbound Rule in the left window, and then select the port in the right window. 3. In the inbound rule wizard that pops up, let's select a specific local port, then fill in 16 1 in the box behind, and click Next to continue. 4. After that, the interface shown below will appear. Let's tick all three options and click Next, and then there is the name and description setting interface. Just fill in 16 1 as the name, enter MRGT in the description, and click Finish.
