1. China Telecom has blocked the 80(http) port of all ADSL users, so it will be impossible to access websites published on ADSL users' computers by using tools such as "peanut shell".

In this way, ADSL users will not be able to use home computers to publish websites, and the IP of domain names will not be resolved into the IP of home computers, and the default http port will not be able to open websites. At present, websites visited in IDC computer room must be put on record before they can be visited, while websites published by home ADSL computers do not need to be put on record.
