Basically, the workplace layout is divided into three categories:
1, workplace atmosphere layout, you can hang colorful flags, HongLing, slogans, posters, pennants, balloons, posters and other elements in a conspicuous position, and strive to have an atmosphere and a theme everywhere.
2. Business tracking layout, such as performance report, business announcement, outstanding performance list, PK publicity, etc. , you can post it in a conspicuous position around digital business tables, tables, maps and flags (focusing on the front line of business), so you must update and exaggerate publicity in time.
3. The publicity pages of entrepreneurship assistance policies, and various schemes, policies, knowledge, experiences and deeds are set up independently in the form of columns. See point 2 for location and publicity methods.
By the way, I personally think that workplace layout is not the best way to directly achieve business goals. The best way is to grasp the core of the initiative of subordinates at all levels and achieve business goals more directly through timely indoctrination, tracking and assistance.
