Units that organize rehabilitation activities may allow employees' families to participate. The accompanying family members must sign a travel contract with the organizer of treatment and recuperation, and pay their own expenses.

In other words, employees can bring their spouses, children and other relatives to participate in rehabilitation activities after consultation with the unit trade union. At the same time, it is clear that the accompanying behavior of relatives belongs to commercial tourism behavior, not the treatment and recuperation behavior of the unit. The accompanying family members must sign a travel contract with the organizer of the treatment and recuperation activities, purchase personal accident insurance at their own expense, and bear all responsibilities during the activities.

Three, encourage flexible arrangements for staff rest time.

Units that organize the implementation of treatment and recuperation shall, according to the actual work and production of their own units, make overall and reasonable arrangements for treatment and recuperation time, generally not exceeding 5 days. Under the unified organization of the unit trade union, employees can be arranged to carry out rehabilitation activities in batches and in different time periods in the province designated by the unit. Workers' recuperation expenses shall be uniformly solved by the unit trade union or the organizer.

Four, serious staff recuperation discipline

Strictly implement the relevant regulations and cost standards for treatment and recuperation, and ensure that the consumption is true, the bills are legal, and the expenses are compliant. All units should strictly control the audit and shall not distribute it to individuals in cash. It is strictly forbidden to falsely invoice or take cash in other forms in the name of treatment and recuperation. In violation of the provisions, shall be investigated for responsibility according to law.
