Seven. Party B's responsibilities 1. Project manager appointed by Party B: Huang, responsible for the overall construction management of this project. 2. The project manager shall organize the construction according to the construction organization design (construction scheme) approved by the Employer and the instructions issued by the engineer according to the contract. In case of emergency, the project manager should take emergency measures to ensure the safety of personnel, engineering and property, and submit a report to the engineer within 48 hours after taking measures. The responsibility lies with the contractor and the expenses shall be borne by the contractor. 3. Party B must carry out the construction according to the design and construction drawings and quality requirements confirmed by Party A or the engineer. 4. Party B must obey the construction sequence of Party A and meet the construction requirements of Party A. 5. Party B should pay attention to protecting useful pipelines and cultural relics under state protection during excavation. When encountering cultural relics under state protection, it shall report to Party A in time, otherwise Party B shall be responsible for the consequences. Take full responsibility for the appropriateness, reliability and safety of all on-site operations and construction methods. 6. Party B shall carry out all construction operations within the scope permitted by the contract requirements, and shall not bring unnecessary and inappropriate interference to the following parties: public convenience; Party A's other reasonable requirements, such as access to and use of public roads and places, and roads belonging to Party A or any unit, unconditionally provide cooperation. 7.
