At present, vaccination in COVID-19 is being carried out among a large number of people in our county. Party branch of county CDC gives full play to the leading role of Party building. The director of the center led all the cadres and workers in party member to charge the front line of vaccination in COVID-19, taking the vaccination of new crown pneumonia as an important content of "I do practical things for the masses". By improving the vaccination equipment, we can achieve "five in place", improve the county's vaccination service capacity, and ensure the safe and orderly vaccination of large-scale population in COVID-19.
Training in place
In order to improve the vaccination service capacity in COVID-19, standardize the service process, and ensure that the whole vaccination process is carried out legally, safely and effectively, the Central Immunization Planning Department organized relevant personnel of medical institutions at all levels in the county to go to COVID-19 to carry out several rounds of vaccination technical training, mainly focusing on the cold chain management of vaccines in COVID-19, knowledge about vaccine types in COVID-19, vaccination targets, vaccination contraindications, precautions and adverse reactions, and issued vaccination qualification certificates after passing the training. A total of 5 technical trainings were organized, and more than 600 qualified vaccinators/kloc-0 were trained, which provided technical support for large-scale vaccination work in the county.
Guidance in place
COVID-19 vaccination technical guidance group was set up in the center, and Kan Guangshu, secretary and director of the Party branch of the center, personally led the team to organize the planning, design and construction of the largest sheltered inoculation point (Yilong County Gymnasium) in Yilong County, with the maximum daily inoculation amount of 7,000 doses. At the same time, together with the leaders of the Health Bureau, we went deep into 40 COVID-19 vaccination sites in the county for site planning and guidance. After inoculation, all members of the inspection-free department were divided into three groups, and went deep into each inoculation point in the morning and at night to give technical guidance and supervision on inoculation, which greatly ensured the smooth and safe work of each inoculation point.

In order to ensure the timely supply of vaccines in COVID-19 of our county, the center strengthened its contact with the municipal CDC and distribution enterprises to ensure that the vaccines arrived in Yilong as soon as possible and were distributed to all inoculation points in the county as soon as possible. During the whole process of receiving and distributing, party member formed two vaccine distribution teams on behalf of Long Jun and Jin Jing. They often stay at the municipal CDC site late at night and wait for vaccine distribution, often load and unload vaccines in the warehouse in the early morning, and often travel to and from various vaccination sites in the county during the day. They are not afraid of difficulties and work tirelessly to ensure the vaccine supply at all inoculation points in the county, which has made positive contributions to the rapid establishment of the population immune barrier in our county.

The vaccines in COVID-19 are transported in the whole cold chain, and the temperature of two cold chain vehicles in the center is always kept at 2℃-8℃. In the process of storage, delivery and transportation, the center monitors the temperature of the car in real time to ensure that the vaccine is kept at a suitable temperature throughout the process. Through information technology, the whole process of electronic traceability is carried out from all aspects of vaccine delivery, distribution, inoculation point and inoculation object. Li Tang, head of the immunization planning department of the center, said: "Putting the whole process of vaccination from source to injection under supervision and traceability is our core magic weapon to ensure vaccine safety." .

Up to now, with the joint efforts of all departments, the county has set up 40 vaccination spots in COVID-19, including centralized vaccination spots 18 and vaccination stations 12 1 each.
