1. All along, there has been a lot of information on the Internet under the slogan of "professional intermediary, professional help people negotiate repayment, professional credit card overdue processing". When the credit card bill is overdue, many cardholders will be a little lucky and ask if this intermediary can really help them negotiate with the bank to repay by installments.
In fact, nine times out of ten such information is false. Banks do have "personalized installment service", but the premise is that cardholders must have certain repayment ability. At present, overdue is due to force majeure of a third party. For example, bankruptcy, untimely time savings, serious illness and so on.
1) There are generally two options for personalized negotiation installment: one is to negotiate interest-free installment repayment; Secondly, one-time settlement can reduce liquidated damages and part of interest. The method adopted by many intermediaries is to let the borrower go to the hospital to issue a certificate of serious illness, then go to the bank to apply for a harmless overdue certificate, and then negotiate repayment. Once discovered by the bank, not only the credit card bill needs to be repaid immediately, but the cardholder may also be sued by the court. Overdue credit card bills are generally civil cases. If the borrower maliciously deceives the bank by looking for these intermediaries, it may become a criminal case with very serious consequences.
2) Special reminder: Many intermediaries in the market claim that they can handle overdue credit cards on behalf of customers. Under the banner of protecting consumers' rights and interests, they charge high fees and incite consumers to complain to the regulatory authorities for profiteering. The intermediary asks you to provide detailed personal information first, so that you can mail them real-name calling cards; Then the intermediary finds someone to pretend to be you, negotiates with the bank, and finally reaches an agreement on installment repayment. These intermediaries are identical, or templates. Even some intermediary materials that provide consulting materials for banks simply change the names of customers. If the installment repayment ability is stable and the economy is relatively loose, you can consider entrusting formal institutions to negotiate, but you must keep your eyes open to avoid being deceived.
3) Finally, although the negotiation intermediaries are uneven, there are also formal intermediaries to help cardholders reach personalized installment payment agreements with banks through legal and compliant negotiations. If you have time and energy and confidence in your eloquence, you can negotiate with the bank yourself.
