I first met her when I was working in China. At that time, this Xian Xia drama made me feel a lot. After The Legend of the Sword and the Chivalrous Man, this second work of Xian Xia, which moved me, partially rewrote the original content, but Zhao interpreted the feelings in the novel very well.
After a while, I looked for Zhao's works on the Internet, and unexpectedly found that it was her who was stabbed by Sister Rong in Princess Zhu Huan, and then the modern idol drama Shanshan came, which seemed to be starring Zhao and Zhang Hans, and the content was also overbearing president. Then there are the ancient costume works such as Legend of Chasing Fish, Wrong Yuanyang, Ascending to the Top, The Battle of Shushan and Biography of Chu Qiao. The only thing I haven't seen is The Legend of Luzhen.
Looking at Zhao's series of works, most of her characters have one thing in common, that is, innocence, liveliness and cuteness. It seems that this character image suits her best. For example, Baguio in Qing Yun Zhi is undoubtedly closer to my image than the movie Zhu Xian.
Like The Battle of Shushan and The Biography of Chu Qiao, I think it is an image breakthrough in Zhao's acting career. It turns out that under the familiar nifty image, Ye Zhao can create a new image.
Although I am not a fan, I still hope to see more wonderful works by Zhao.
