The floor management committee of Guizhou University was formerly the dormitory management committee of Guizhou University. Founded in 1987, it has a history of 24 years. It is one of the earliest organizations of Guizhou University. In May 2008, under the guidance of the Student Affairs Office of Guizhou University and the Logistics Service Group of Guizhou University, it was renamed as the Floor Management Committee of Guizhou University.

Committee department

Propaganda Department: responsible for collecting all kinds of information, organizing and planning publicity activities, making publicity posters, writing publicity drafts and establishing the image of the Committee.

Secretariat department: responsible for managing the materials, attendance records and member files in the meetings, keeping the records of each meeting, and sorting out and saving all kinds of materials. Responsible for drafting and distributing documents, arranging meetings and purchasing materials, and applying for and stamping various activities.

Duty department: responsible for cooperating with the teachers in the student affairs office of the boarding center to do the duty work in the student dormitory.

Culture and Sports Department: responsible for holding various parties, social gatherings, tea parties and competitions, taking charge of members' after-school life and promoting emotional and cultural exchanges among members.

Practice Department: responsible for communication with other associations, departments and members, understanding the society, contacting the outside world, serving students and sponsoring activities.
