Xi Anxinyuan Football Club Co., Ltd. was established in February, 1998. It was jointly founded by Xi Sports Commission, Municipal Football Association and Anxinyuan Group. Participated in 1999-2003 Chinese Football League, and was promoted to Chinese Football League with the second place in 2003. Retired to the second level in 2004.
