Consumer protection service: refers to the consumer protection service items (hereinafter referred to as "service items") that users choose to participate in according to the provisions of this agreement and other publicity rules of Taobao after Taobao confirms to accept its application, and provide corresponding after-sales service to buyers for the goods that they have reached a deal with other Taobao users (hereinafter referred to as "buyers") through the e-commerce platform of Taobao (www.taobao.com.cn). Unless otherwise agreed in this agreement, users can choose to participate in specific service projects according to the types and wishes of the goods sold. Taobao can publicize new service items or service item modifications on Taobao from time to time.
