The 2023 World Swimming Championships is the 20th FINA World Swimming Championships hosted by the World Swimming Federation. It was held in Fukuoka, Kyushu, Japan from July 14, 2023 to July 30, 2023. The World Swimming Championships is held for the second time after 200 1.

Preparations for the 2023 World Swimming Championships

The 20th World Swimming Championships held in Doha, Qatar in 2024 was moved to 65438+ 10.
On February 7, 2022, FINA announced that the 2022 19 World Swimming Championships will be held in Budapest, Hungary, and the 20th World Swimming Championships will be held in Fukuoka in 2023.
