China Europe Law School has a China-born dean and a non-China-born dean, who are responsible for the daily affairs of the college. China-born dean is nominated by China University of Political Science and Law and is the administrative head of the college; The other co-dean was nominated by the University of Hamburg in cooperation with other European partners and was in charge of college finance.
