3. Regularly check the safety work of the department, analyze the safety situation, handle hidden dangers in time when found, and report major safety hazards to the safety management department.
4. Establish and improve the safety production management system and self-restraint mechanism, discover and eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers in time, and form a virtuous circle of safety production.
5. Whoever sets up stalls, piles up articles, dumps garbage or sets up obstacles on highways and within the land used for highways shall take timely measures to prevent traffic accidents and eliminate potential safety hazards.

7.
