South Korea, the United States, Singapore and other countries will also be invited to send delegations to participate. This Special Olympics is a trial of 20 1 1 World Special Olympics. It is estimated that the total number of participants is nearly 10,000, and the number of athletes is about 2,000, which is the highest in all previous national Special Olympics.
The flame collection ceremony of the 5th National Special Olympic Games, symbolizing the fire of love and peace, was held on July 20th, 20 10 in Meizhou Island, Putian City, Fujian Province. The torch relay will be held in 9 cities and counties of Fujian Province from August 19 to September 19, 2065. 2015 September 12, the 9th Paralympic Games and the 6th Special Olympics of People's Republic of China (PRC) opened in Chengdu, Sichuan.
On that day, the people of China and the national flag entered the stadium at the opening ceremony.
This is the first time that the "National Paralympic Games" and the "National Special Olympics Games" have been merged and held by the same province. It is also the largest national comprehensive sports meeting hosted by Sichuan Province.
