Firstly, check the external network IP obtained by the local terminal, and then determine the private network IP of the local web server.

The network structure should be:

Internet → Router → Network Server

Access mode: public network IP+ port

Campus LAN → Internet → Home Router →web Server,

The web server checks whether the port is open. Enter "Netstat" at the command prompt to check whether the 8080 port is open.
