First of all, thank the teacher for giving me this opportunity to show my talents on this stage. I made the decision after careful consideration when I ran for monitor this time. The monitor is the leader of the class collective, and has the responsibility to manage class affairs and safeguard class honor everywhere. Give timely advice to those students who don't study. If I can be a monitor, I will treat every classmate equally, reflect their opinions to the teacher and convey the teacher's difficulties to the students.
