When we first saw the Mormon missionaries, we were surprised by these lovely and neatly dressed young people, but it was a long time ago. In fact, Mormon society has successfully established its image as an independent Christian church to the public-they call themselves Mormon Christians. Their converts are different from Christians. They don't smoke or drink coffee. However, as a group, they read a unique "Additional Bible" called the Book of Mormon.

Outside the society they established, only a few people have noticed that the most important aspect of Mormon lifestyle is not from the Bible or described in the Book of Mormon. The most important part of Mormon doctrine comes from two other sacred classics called Doctrine and Covenant and Priceless Pearl.

The purpose of writing this booklet is to provide non-Mormons with a preliminary understanding of Mormonism. Otherwise, even if these people directly ask Mormons themselves, it is difficult for them to get this information. Its purpose is not to prohibit Mormons from believing, talking or preaching at will. But only to expose the more important part of Mormon doctrine-that is, "true Christianity" advocated by converts. Anyone who is really interested in the teachings of Mormonism should have the right to ask for a thorough understanding of this religion in order to think about his own behavior pattern.

Mormons believe that there are countless gods ruling their own planet, and these gods used to be people like you and me. A long time ago, a god like this and his goddess gave birth to a child. A few years later, like his parents, the child also obtained the qualification of God-and was called Iloshin.

Milton R. Hunter, the leader of Mormonism, made the following statement in the book Gospels of Past Dynasties published in Salt Lake City in 1958.

"Mormon prophets are constantly being taught a sacred fact. That is, God, the eternal heavenly father, was once a human being facing death like us, and lived a similar life as we are now on the earth. He later became a god-eternal life-because he followed the gospel truth, and now we have the same opportunity to follow it. " (p. 104)

In the same book, the author also compares this creed with the mysterious religion of ancient paganism:

"Mysterious religion, a pagan opponent of Christianity, is very firm in upholding one doctrine after another. It points out that "human beings can become gods" ... Hermes explains: "We must say without hesitation that people on earth are immortal gods, while the gods in heaven are immortal". This view is very similar to the teachings put forward by joseph smith and President Lorenzo Si Nuo. " (p. 1 10)

Mormons think Iloshin is their heavenly father. He ruled a planet near the mythical star Kolob. On this planet, he and his gods have nurtured the souls of hundreds of millions of human beings.

Bruce R. Maconchy is the author of Mormonism. And this book has been highly praised by their followers. In the book, he said:

"In the statement of Christian doctrine, it is implicitly pointed out that all human beings are children of God born by the eternal father, but the fact that human beings are also descendants of the eternal mother has not been explained. A noble and glorious saint can't be a father unless he marries a glorious, perfect and sacred woman. Whether we are discussing whether human beings will face death or immortality, it is because of the birth of children, men become fathers and women become mothers. " The first president "clearly pointed out in his teaching that there is a mother in heaven ... a person with a soul, which was born in heaven by his parents." (p.5 16)

Every soul needs a body to be transformed into a god. This question was raised for discussion at a gathering of the gods, and Iloshin's two eldest sons also participated. It was suggested at the meeting that the earth should be established and a probation period should be provided for many souls to experience life on the earth as human beings.

The devil, because he wants to deprive people of their freedom of behavior, declares himself the savior of the new planet and its inhabitants. On the contrary, Jesus advocated that people should have the opportunity to choose between redemption and destruction. In the subsequent voting, the gods agreed to Jesus' suggestion.

The furious devil then incited a riot and encouraged one third of his soul to join him. To this end, he became Satan and his followers became demons. Cain and his descendants must bear the mark left by God. Although his white friends can wash Cain's race with bleached soap every day, they will never wash away the mark left by God ... Brigham Young did not hesitate to put forward his views on black-and-white marriage:

"Do you want me to tell you what God thinks of African races? It seems that when a white man born in a selected family mixes his blood with Cain family members, according to Budd's law, the so-called penance means immediate death. And it must always be like this. " (Journal of Discourse, vol. 10, p. 1 10)

And those souls who bravely resist Satan and his army are born with "white and lovely" white skin.

Elohim then came to earth and impregnated the Virgin Mary. Only in this way can Jesus have a body.

When explaining the meaning of "only child", Bruce R. Maconchy pointed out the connection between Iloshin and the Virgin Mary: "This title fully shows that our God is an only child born by the heavenly father and has a body. Every word in the address should be understood word for word. Only means unique, Begotten means giving life, and Son means son. Christ was born by the eternal father in the same way as human beings. " (The Mormon Doctrine, p. 546)

"Jesus was born in this world as the true son of God; He was born in the same humane, true and correct way. Just like any dying son is born to a dying father. Did not describe his father-son relationship; He was given life, pregnant and born in a normal way, a normal mother ... Christ is the son of the holy God. " (ibid., p. 742)

After Jesus was crucified and resurrected; He came to America to preach to Indians. Most Mormons believe that Indians are descended from Israelis. In a great war in 42 1 BC, the dark-skinned Indian Raman wiped out the white people. The last Nephi, Moroni, wrote the history of his people on a gold plate and hid it in a hill. This golden plate was discovered by joseph smith at the beginning of19th century under the guidance of angels.

Mormons believe that joseph smith is a prophet because he has the predictive power endowed by angels. The angel also instructed him to establish a Mormon church, because all Christian societies deviated from the true faith.

All Mormons hope to follow the teachings of Mormonism and hold ceremonies for themselves and their dead relatives and friends, thus becoming gods. Mormons also promised their partners in the temple that "this life and the afterlife" would be together, hoping to eventually become the god of polygamy in heaven. There, forever, the children of the gods were born.

In order to understand Mormonism, it is necessary to understand the importance of temples in Mormonism teachings and rituals.

As far as Mormon faith is concerned, the road to holiness is through the temple. This temple is a multi-storey building. When it is dedicated to God and put into operation, non-Mormons are not allowed to enter, and only a few believers, such as "respected figures", are eligible to enter. Mormons in Denmark are now using a newly built temple near Stockholm. All ceremonies held in the temple are not allowed to be discussed outside the temple-not even among their disciples.

In Mormon temples, there are all kinds of ornate rooms and halls. The worship style in the temple is more awe-inspiring than that in the local church. In temples, Mormons need to wear special temple costumes. In addition, Mormons in temples must always wear a part of this kind of clothing-a sacred underwear that is thought to protect the wearer.

As we all know, all Mormons need to be baptized in temples and become agents of the dead. What is not understood, however, is that all temple ceremonies are repeated by Mormons who are respected by believers-that is, once the relatives and friends of the deceased need it, he is baptized in the name of the deceased.

But now this play has been replaced by movies in many temples. During the whole process, believers will learn many slogans and gestures that are indispensable after death. At some point, the participant will have to recite a sacred oath, indicating that he will dedicate himself, his life, all his property and his skills to the Mormon Church.
