Brief introduction of Yichuan Dukang wine
Du Kang Winery in Yichuan, Henan Province is located in the south of Longmen in Luoyang, where Du Kang once "searched for a thousand miles of mountains and chose Er Quan, a white tiger in Hei Hu". 1968, 197 1 was the first to resume the production of dukang wine in China. Yichuan Dukang liquor belongs to Luzhou-flavor Qu liquor. It is made of natural white tiger spring water made in Du Kang, high-quality sorghum and wheat, refined by ancient traditional crafts and modern technology. It has a unique flavor of "clear and transparent, soft and fragrant, mellow and sweet, with a long aftertaste". Yichuan Dukang Liquor/KLOC-0 won the provincial excellent in 1979, and/KLOC-0 won the departmental excellent in 1984. 1988 was designated as wine for state banquets and gifts for foreign guests.
